There's nothing 'off the shelf' about these folding doors. Each one is built to order, to your exact measurements and choices. Using our online door designer you can build your door with up to 6 folding panes, opening out or in, made in a RAL colour of your choice. Enhanced security

These doors are rigorously tested to keep your home protected. Certified to the advanced PAS24:2016 standard, their strong, durable aluminium frames have enhanced security that includes a 3 Star Yale locking barrel, high strength shoot-bolts and multi-point FUHR locking systems.
The shootbolt handle has an innovative and unique anti-backdrive feature engineered into it. This means that even unlocked, a forced entry attempt can't rotate the handle to open the door.
With high precision materials and equally high manufacturing tolerances, Korniche's smart technology includes a specially designed and patented internal clip glazing bead that allows the glass to be installed or replaced in seconds.

Gliding

A unique, pivoting axle in the rollers allows the wheels to follow any undulations in the stainless-steel tracks underneath. Combined with sealed bearings in the stainless-steel wheels and lateral rollers, the doors will glide effortlessly and smoothly for years to come.

Low maintenance

From scratch and weather-resistant powder-coated aluminium to the bearing guided rollers, each detail has been crafted to be as low maintenance as possible. All that's required is the occasional clean to ensure the door's tracks are debris free.
High-quality bespoke hardware ensures your door handles maintain their great appearance during day-to-day operation.

Polyamide thermal barrier technology

This advanced profile technology creates a thermal transmittance barrier between the air outside and inside, keeping your home comfortable throughout the year, reducing energy bills and carbon footprint.

Fast & easy installation

Patented clip-in internal glazing beads, the only aluminium clip-in bead which can be removed quickly without damaging the paint finish. Wedge gasket not required, cutting down on installation time.
The door is pre-assembled and ready to glaze or as an easy build kit-form option.
Pre-assembled panels are fabricated using strong, bonded and crimped mitred corners.
Well thought out packaging with compartmentalised installation parts box.

Internal magnetic blinds

Venetian Uni-Blinds are pernantly sealed inside the glass units, so no more cleaning or dangling cords. Operated by a cleverly-designed magnetic slider, at the side of the glass. A narrow rail ensures the linear movement of the slider. The blind is raised and lowered by moving the slider up or down and is tilted by slightly lifting or lowering the same slider.
Available in 10 colours. Anthracite grey and black are exclusive to Uni-Blinds and compliment the bi-fold anthracite grey and black powder coated frames.

Glass

All glass is toughened as standard in energy efficient sealed Argon filled glass units with 28mm thickness and 1.2 centre pane u-rating.

Thresholds

These doors have low thresholds of 31mm to bottom of door sash (51mm with rebate), not including any cill.
Integrated cill option: To save adding a cill, an innovative integrated cill and threshold all in one, at the same height (31mm to bottom of door sash).

Colour matching

Please note we cannot guarantee exact colour matches with our UPVC windows/doors, even with matching RAL numbers, due to the different materials and methods used.

Delivery

Delivered directly by the manufacturer with an 11 meter long truck. For delivery at a narrow road, tight cul-de-sac or if there are very sharp turns, please let us know via a note when checking out. Assistance will be required on the delivery day to carry these heavy doors into your property. A missed delivery will result in a charge of £75 + £10/day+VAT for storage and redelivery. These doors are delivered fully assembled and prehung for easy installation. If you requite yours in parts please let us know via a note when checking out.

Comprehensive Warranty - Domestic

Aluminium frames: 10 years.
Sealed glass units: 5 years against condensation inside the unit.
Hardware: 10 years.
Marine environments: Half the guaranteed years above, for coastal or swimming pools.
Commercial premises: 1 year.
Internal blinds: 5 years, 2 years for external mechanism.
